“Our Relationship to Colleagues” 12.13.15 – Pastor Bruce Lerum

“Relationship to Colleagues” – John 17:20-23 – Pastor Bruce Lerum

Colleague” is a 50-cent word for a relationship to someone with whom we associate.

Colleagues aren’t only people we associate with professionally.

“But be glad and rejoice forever in what I will create, for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight and its people a joy.” – Isaiah 68:18

Relationships are like the pebble thrown in the pond.

They come in concentric circles: family on the inside; the next circle is friends; the next circle is colleagues.

[Jesus praying to the His Father] “I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one.” – John 17:22

People in our lives are “Godincidences.”

That is ALL people.

“Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice.” – Philippians 4:9
