The Pebble & The Ripple

SUMMER SERMON SERIES:  THE PEBBLE & THE RIPPLE
June 18 – August 27, 2017

This sermon series is based on the twelfth book of Romans. This chapter encapsules change in us and what it means to be a follower of Jesus. It talks about who we are and how others might see us, thus we may be the pebble in a glossy pond. And as the pebble falls in the pond, that pond being the world, the ripple goes out. What do our ripples look like? What is the ripple effect we send out when people hear us, watch us, see us? What is the pebble effect that God sees in us?

“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” – Romans 12:1
