Fall Fest Is THIS Saturday—We Need YOU!
Our annual Fall Fest and Trunk or Treat is THIS Saturday, October 24, from 4:30–6:30 p.m., and we still need more trunks, volunteers, and candy!
We currently have only 12 trunks signed up—compared with about 23 last year! We also have only about five volunteers signed up who aren’t already hosting trunks. With around 300 trunk-or-treaters expected, we need our church family’s help to welcome our neighbors and keep the evening running smoothly.
More Trunks Needed!
Please consider decorating your vehicle and handing out candy! Your trunk doesn’t have to be elaborate. Team up with a friend or family member, choose a simple theme, and enjoy connecting with the children who stop by.
Your trunk can be Christian-themed, cute, funny, or simply fun! To keep our celebration joyful and family-friendly, please avoid scary decorations or themes associated with darkness or evil.
Trunk setup is from 3:30–4:30 p.m., and the event begins promptly at 4:30 p.m.
Volunteering Can Be Simple!
You don’t have to decorate a trunk or take on a job that requires lots of preparation or physical work. Helping can be as simple as sitting in a chair and directing guests to the bathrooms, or helping children cash in their tickets for prizes!
These simple jobs make a big difference. If you can offer a welcoming smile and a little of your time, we have a place for you. Please sign up using the link below so we can fill these spots before Saturday!
We Can Still Use Candy!
Thank you to everyone who has already donated! We can still use more individually wrapped candy to help serve hundreds of children throughout the evening.
Candy can be dropped off at the church through Thursday, from 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Feed the Monster Candy Donation Bin in the lobby—every bag helps!
