Pack your gear and join us for our annual Labor Day camping trip at the beautiful Mogollon Rim! This free weekend getaway is open to everyone—CTV members, friends, and friends of friends.

Whether you camp in a tent, RV, trailer, or anything in between, you are welcome to join us! Don’t have an RV or trailer? Let Katie know in the church office—there is a fairly affordable RV/trailer rental company in the area that many people have had great experiences with.

And don’t forget to bring your off-road toys! Last year we did a group ride that took us to some absolutely breathtaking views along the Rim, and we’re hoping for even more adventures this year.

When: Labor Day Weekend
Thursday, September 3, 2026 – Monday, September 7, 2026

Where:
You can put Larson Campground into Google Maps and it will get you there! There are restrooms on the west side as you approach. Free potable water fill-ups and paid dumping are available at Canyon Point Campground, located less than a mile east of Forest Road 237 on Hwy 260. If you get to Forest Lakes or pass the Forest Lakes General Store on your right, you’ve gone too far east and should turn around.

Food:
Group dinners (main entrée, condiments, plates, utensils, etc. provided) will be served Friday and Saturday night—please sign up to bring a side dish or dessert to share when we get closer to the event. All other meals, snacks, and drinks are on your own.

One of the best parts of weekends like this is the fellowship. Sitting around the campfire, sharing meals, laughing together, and simply spending unhurried time together is where so many of our relationships with our church family truly grow deeper. Some of the best memories at CTV have been made around these campfires!

And remember… what happens at the campground, stays at the campground! The only way to truly know about all the fun, laughter, stories, and unforgettable moments is to come join us yourself!

RSVP:
We will set up a SignUpGenius with more information about food as we get closer.

Important:
This is dry camping—no hookups. Bring everything you need! Come when you can and leave when you need to; you do not need to stay the entire five days to participate.
