Tonight we begin our Lenten journey together with Ash Wednesday worship at 6:30 PM, including the Imposition of Ashes, and the start of a powerful new five-week sermon series:
February 18 – March 25, 2026
In Deuteronomy 30, God sets before His people two paths: life and destruction. Scripture continually reminds us how easy it is to drift toward the destructive path. Sin rarely looks deadly at first — it appears appealing, justified, even harmless. Yet left unchecked, it can tear apart our faith, our relationships, and our peace.
Throughout Lent, we will confront the very real ways we “self-destruct” — including doubt, evasion, slander, trivial distractions, rage, unbelief, conflict, timidity, intemperance, vanity, and envy. Each message will honestly address these struggles while pointing us to the only One who can reconstruct what we destruct: Jesus Christ.
Because Christ endured destruction on the cross and conquered it through His resurrection, sin does not have the final word. Lent is not only about recognizing our brokenness — it is about clinging to the grace that restores us.
Tonight at 6:30 PM — Ash Wednesday Worship
During the service, we will receive the Imposition of Ashes, a powerful and humbling reminder that “we are dust, and to dust we shall return,” while also marking the cross of Christ upon us — the sign of the forgiveness and new life that are ours in Him.
Tonight’s message: “Doubt”
