We are just days away from one of our biggest community outreach events — and we need YOUR help to make it amazing! Over 200 families have indicated interest in coming!

THIS Saturday, October 25 | 5–7 PM
 Christ the Victor Lutheran Church
 Volunteers arrive at 3:00-4:00 PM
 Trunk setup is from 4:00–4:45 PM — all trunks MUST be inside the gate by 4:45 PM
 (The event will take place behind the gate for safety.)

WE STILL NEED MORE CANDY!
 Thank you to everyone who has already donated — but because this is a community-wide event, we want to be prepared for LOTS of kids!
 Please bring candy to the church office Wednesday or Thursday 8am-2:30pm or Saturday 3:00-5:00pm (before the event) — we don’t want to run out!

Trunks Still Welcome!
 There’s still time to register your trunk — decorating one is fun, simple, and has a huge impact!
 Register your trunk today to receive your FREE event shirt (while supplies last!)
 Reminder: Trunks must arrive and be inside the gate by 4:45 PM.

Volunteers Needed
 We especially need help with setup, games, welcoming families, and candy stations.
 Volunteers — please arrive at 4:00 PM.

Volunteer Meeting — Friday at 4:00 PM

Volunteers are invited to a quick meeting this Friday at 4:00 PM. We’ll walk through final details, assign volunteer roles, and test a few of the games so everyone is confident and ready!
